All our orthotics are 100% personalised orthotics designed from an exclusive and patented system worldwide. Generating an optimal virtual foot model in a weight bearing position through our 3D Scan Podoactiva.
Designed with ultra precision systems that provide optimal data on each patients foot. Made with exclusive materials achieving maximum adaptation to the anatomy of each patient.
Unique system to scan the foot in a weight-bearing state.
The 3D Scan Podoactiva is patented worldwide and generates a 3D virtual cast that provides precise loaded geometrical data of the foot. This outclasses other systems on the market that can only scan in 2D or no weight bearing with less precise engineering and production.
We have leveraged data, evidence, and experience from over 1 million patients and 4,500 athletes to provide each patient with the optimal solution. With 25 years of data and auditing, we use artificial intelligence to drive constant innovation and remain at the forefront
We use an exclusive 3D printed polymer and through years of research and consultations, ours provides better mechanical response than any other material. It recovers its original position at each step, making it more elastic and resistant to fatigue.
Our robotic manufacturing process allows for precision of up to 0.01 millimetres, ensuring we can adapt to each patient's needs as precisely as possible.
Our custom-made 3D printed are not the same as the competitors. Ours are thinner, lighter, with better dynamic response, flexibility, breathability, and durability. Unlike other insoles on the market we tailor the polymers´characteristics to the biometrics of each patient. Every foot is unique so every insole should reflect this.
All Podoactiva custom insoles are designed and manufactured at our Human Performance clinic Podoactiva HQ in Huesca (Spain). Our centre is the most advanced custom insole production facility in the world, with its own engineering, research and innovation department dedicated to podiatry.
We are very open with our pricing structure. Each pair of Podoactiva insoles costs £250.
