Footcare
When attending for your initial footcare appointment we will carry out a thorough foot health check of both your feet, and lower limb. This will include checking pulses and sensation (feeling) to check both your vascular and neurological status. We will also ask about your medical history as many medical conditions can affect your lower limb and nails. It would be useful to bring a list of current medication to your appointment.
Following assessment, we will discuss your treatment options with you and once agreed we will commence treatment. During this appointment we will carry out any necessary treatment.

Podiatry Consultation
This appointment is for you if you have lower limb pain in the bones, joints or muscles. We will help assess, diagnose and set a treatment plan to aid in your road to recovery.
During your appointment we will carry out a thorough examination and in-depth history take to help solve your problem. You maybe required to stand, lie down, or do gentle movements to help in our diagnosis using the protocols adapted by Podoactiva. We will also carry out an assessment of your feet using our pressure plate scanner. This will show us in detail the pressures in your feet when standing, balancing and your walking pattern. We can then diagnose the root cause of your foot complaints and help devise a treatment plan specific to your needs. If needed we also have a diagnostic ultrasound scanner to help aid our diagnosis if required.
